I am a home owner in the Tucson area. Unfortunately I am still living in Ohio and I do not get to come out as fequently as I would like. The greatest worry I had was leaving the house unattended for long periods of time. You cannot ask friends and neighbors to be constantly checking on your house. It became such a worry that I actually put the house on the market even though I did not want to sell. I even thought about renting it out. Someone I work with suggested a house watch service. So I went to the internet and started my search.
The first company I checked was Tucson Home Watch Services. After going my due diligence, I checked no further. I signed a contract with them in May 2007 and it was the best decision I have made concerning the house.
They are very professional and very caring when dealing with an absentee owner. They not only check the house, but have spotted a few problems, which if left unattended, could have been major. They also made arrangements with a company to come and repair my air conditioner. As soon as they check the house, I receive an email from them with the results. What a relief that is! If I need something checked, they always make sure it is done as soon as possible.
I would highly recommend Tucson Home Watch to anyone who is looking for this type of service.
