Answer: Our goal is to provide you peace of mind while you are away from your home. We will check on your home and look for common problems that arise in homeownership like leaks, broken appliances, pests, and look for damages from other elements like neighbors, weather, burglaries, vandalism, etc.
We will water indoor plants, check your mail, meet other contractors and service providers upon your request and our availability. We will send a notice to you that we have performed your service and let you know the current state of your home. We can tailor our service to meet your needs, and we understand how important your home is to you.
Answer: No. We cannot assist in obtaining renters for your home. We cannot collect rent or other monies in regard to renting your home. There are several reputable companies in the Tucson area that provide this service.
Answer: We receive this type of request on a weekly basis. For liability reasons, we cannot offer any advice on starting your own business ventures. It is in your best interest to consult a lawyer or legal professional as to what the correct avenues are in starting a business. Each state has different laws you must follow in owning a business.
We are not professionals in this area and cannot advise others as such. Tucson Home Watch Services, LLC has earned a positive reputation and would like to keep it. We have worked very hard at using the correct avenues for owning a legitimate business, but business advice and offering forms to others with the intent of them using them for their own business is beyond our scope of service. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Answer: We are not hiring at this time. Due to the nature of our profession, we prefer to do the work ourselves. When the amount of work exceeds our limit, we will post a notice on our home page advertising that fact. We respect the security of our clients and will do an extensive check of any potential employee's background, references, and personal skills. Please feel free to check our website periodically for any availabilities that may arise.
Answer: We take personal checks (from a U.S. bank), cash, and online payments through eCheck, or bank transfer. You do NOT need a PayPal account in order to make an online payment with us. We cannot take credit cards via phone or email at this time. We can only accept them on our website.

Answer: Yes. We are licensed through the City of Tucson. Our business license number is 1147931. We are insured through State Farm Insurance. We are bonded through Hunter Insurance Services, Inc.
Answer: No, unfortunately, live-in house sitting is not a service we provide at this time.
